Refund policy

At Drive Glow, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned with all included accessories and original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or is not working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number along with photos or videos showing the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund if needed.
